* Prices shown reflect rental of both the Upper and Lower Towers. Partial booking of the Tower is available upon request and with a 25% discount.
Notes
Prices include:
- Accommodation for the reserved nights.
- A welcome basket with products for breakfast and bath and kitchen kit
- Consumption of electricity, water and gas for cooking and hot water service (considered outright)
- Access to the pool
- Linen for beds, bath towels (set of 3 pieces per person) and towels for the pool (1 per person).
- The initial cleaning of accommodation
- Spoleto City Tax
- One complimentary use of the 6-8 person Jacuzzi. Additional time can be reserved and purchased based on availability. Please inquire at time of booking.
Prices do not include:
- Air conditioning (on request) may be available at a rate of an additional €125 per week.
- A final cleaning charge of €40 for 1-2 guests, and €60 for 3 or more guests
- Day trips and private transportation (if interested please inquire at time of booking).
General conditions
To reserve your stay, a 30% deposit is required. The balance of your stay must be paid no later than 10 days before your reservation date (the first day of your stay).
Modification or Cancellation of the Reservation:
- Your initial 30% deposit is fully refundable with cancellation notice provided 31 days or more before your reservation date. If you cancel with less than 31 days’ notice, the full deposit will be non-refundable.
- Any additional funds paid above the deposit amount are fully refundable with cancellation notice provided 15 days or more before your reservation date. If you cancel 14 days or less, you will receive a refund of 50% of your stay (excluding the deposit). You can inquire about a credit for future stays within one year of your initial reservation date. If the reservation is resold for the booked period, you are eligible to receive a refund of the amount paid above the deposit, minus administrative costs incurred.
- No refund will be possible in case of early departure.
- At the time of your final payment, a hold of Euro 150.00 will be administered, as a guarantee for any damage, which will be returned within 3-5 days of departure.
- Special packages will have specific rules
Additional information:
- Check-in from 15:00 to 19:30. Early check-in may be honored upon request and based on availability. Late check-ins (after 19:30) will be subject to €25 fee
- Apartments are available for longer stays upon request at discounted rates. Please inquire at time of your booking
- Check out by 10 am on day of departure unless a later check-out has been requested and approved.
- The House is non-smoking. It is possible to smoke in outdoor and common areas.
- Animals are not admitted
- Children are welcome. It will be responsibility of parents to ensure that they do not disturb other guests.
- The apartments and houses are regurarly subject to sanitation at each change of guests according to the anti-Covid legislation in force
